Kate Lynch, DC

Dr. Kate Lynch grew up in Palmyra, Maine, and received her undergraduate B.A. degree from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. She currently resides in Falmouth, Maine, with her husband and three children.

Dr. Lynch went to chiropractic school at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. She has a concentration in sports injury. Being a mom herself, she also specializes in pregnancy care.

As an athlete herself, Dr. Lynch has adopted a hands-on adjusting style and has created a clinic that integrates multiple chiropractic, soft tissue, and physiotherapy techniques to achieve the best clinical outcome for the patient.

Dr. Lynch loves to spend her fall seasons coaching her three little kids in soccer and tending to seasonal high school athletes. As an athlete, she has competed as a professional cyclist in multiple USA Cycling National Mountain Bike Series races and competed in multiple endurance Nordic races, including several Boulder Mountain Tours and the Glide the Divide 100K skate race. This past fall, Dr. Lynch and her husband competed in the 12 Hours of Bradbury Mountain mountain bike race as a coed duo team — and came away champions. In her spare time, you will find her with her husband and three children skiing and cycling in the backcountry of Maine, as well as the Tetons of Wyoming and Idaho.
